*FREE ARTWORK SET UP* - just submit your images as CMYK image files and we'll do the rest, including adding cut lines for you.

• When submitting your design files, please let us know where you would like any hole or loop locations. The hole will measure 4mm in diameter to accommodate keyring fixings. f you'll be using your charms for jewellery, you may wish to change this to a 2mm hole - if so, please leave a note at checkout. Alternatively, if you'd like your charms to be made without a hole, please add that to your checkout notes.
• By default, we will add cut lines on the immediate edge of your artwork. If you would like a small plain wood border around the outside of your design, please let us know.
• If you already know exactly where you'd like your cut lines, or have further requirements for how your design is printed, please submit your file according to our design specifications. Please note that these design specifications are quite in depth, and might be confusing unless you've got prior experience in setting files up for laser cutting. If you're unsure about them at all, we recommend just submitting your images to us as CMYK files and we're very happy to set your files up for you!

We aim to dispatch every order within 3-5 business days. During busy periods, such as in the run up to Christmas, our turnaround times may be extended.

• Please note that these dispatch times are estimates and are not guaranteed - where our dispatch times are extended, we'll always endeavour to detail this in the top banner on this website.
• If you need your products urgently, please email us before placing an order and we can confirm our turnaround times and, if necessary, set up a rush order for your items to ensure that they arrive in time.
• Large orders are subject to slightly longer turnaround times, which will vary according to the volume of orders we are processing at any time.

• You can split your order between as many designs as you would like! When ordering multiple designs, we will split the quantity you select between the number of designs you select - e.g. if you order 1000 keyrings and 4 designs, we will send you 250 units of each design.
• If you would prefer that we produce more of some designs than others, please leave a note at checkout stating your desired quantities for each design.
