Laser Cutting
Our top end machines produce an accurate and clean cut with minimal burn marks. They're effective for simple to highly intricate designs.
Laser cutting can be used to create items from christmas decorations, keyrings and jewellery to items for assembly such as portable display shelving and standees.
UV Printing
With our UV printer, we can create vibrant full colour products. We're also able to print with white ink and can add a gloss finish, to add a lovely shine.
Printing onto wood often shows a little of the grain for a more natural looking finish, while printing onto acrylic creates smooth and crisp prints.
We can even print translucent colours onto clear acrylic to create a stunning stained glass effect. The possibilities are endless.
We offer printed laser cutting: using the camera calibration systems on our laser cutters, we can cut UV printed products into any shape you wish.
Custom Design Services
If you've got an idea but you're not quite sure how to bring it to fruition, we have a skilled in-house graphic designer who will work with you to bring your ideas to life.
That means that, for an extra fee, we can design products for you from scratch. We can also help proof and make ready any files you need help with before manufacture.
With our existing commercial experience in making and selling quality products direct to the consumer, we're also happy to offer consulting services for your product designs.
